CANCELLATION POLICY

𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your total service fee. 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: We enforce a strict 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐍𝐨-𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰s: Cancellations, reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows will be charged a 100% service fee to the card on file. 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Please arrive with completely clean eyes and no makeup. For lash fills, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.
